Why cant they fix the problem of photos loading but no text? "First Drive" reviews with no text are pretty useless. This app used to work reliably, but no more.

Horrible reliability makes the app very undependable and the writing quality has gone down hill significantly. Think twice about downloading.

Whenever I go onto the app, it always has the same news. Then when I go on the website of motortrend, the website is updated. My last news was 2 days ago. 2!!! Also the articles take about 5 min to load. But it could be my phone, which is a 4. Plz fix this. Overall, I think this is a great app for car guys who wants to keep up with the car world. Also plz put a search box in the menu.

I DID love this app, I used it every day, BUT lately it hasnt been working right, it some times takes a week for new storys to pop up. Not to mention how bad the adds have gotten... Fix this app MT!!!!

Ive had the same articles all week.

When the firmware updated for my apple phone this app went to crap! Please fix!

I dont know how many versions ago Im thinking about, but I liked this app better when it had a homepage to select pictures, storied, reviews, etc. but it still shows a ton of great articles and between the motor trend app and their YouTube channel I hate to admit it ruins the magazines for me since most of the content is covered quicker on those outlets.

The app offers latest Motortrend and car news with several categories to appeal to different interests. However, I often find myself looking at misaligned text, sometimes with large gaps or even not appearing at all. Additionally some articles contain typos which I find irritating. However, if you have no other car news app this was still offers entertaining car news - if you can read it.

**Update** A fun new problem of this troubled app is that some of the story text will load, but not all. Is knowing half the story and not getting a conclusion better than no story at all? Goes to one star for the continued problems. Since the latest update, content is slow to refresh (days have passed since Ive got anything new) and some stories will load the photo gallery, but not the text. Similar things have happened to this app in the past and the fixes have been slow coming. Hopefully that doesnt repeat itself here. The app gets a second star only because of its potential.

The app will not have any news for six days at a time. Then when it does there is no text. Just a picture.

This app used to be phenomenal, with great content, pictures, and videos. Now, stories only partially load, or load without pictures. Please fix the app and return it to its previous level of excellence.

This app use to be really good. I have no idea how did Motor Trend mess up so bad. Incomplete articles, random pics like just rear seat pic and the title says review xyz and when you open there is only one pic and one paragraph. Other articles asks you for your opinion and there is no way to write your comments or read others comments. So much potential and they are wasting it away. It is really sad when I get my automotive news from CNN MONEY first. The person incharge of this app should be fired like yesterday.

This app has really gone down the toilet. Articles are now always missing more than half the text and pictures are very limited. Also, posts used to stay up for a week... Now its 1 day. Please fix this motortrend

This was my go to for auto news. I read it daily. The last update made it horrible. Only partial stories will load, several days with no new stories. Automobile Mag app is better now. Even though I prefer the motortrend writers. Please fix this.

I very much like motor trend but lately this app has had serious problems. Often articles will not show up until many days after they are made and most articles texts stops abruptly after a few paragraphs.

Content slow to load with newest update if it even loads at all. Even when article loads the photos preview button does not. Just gives a pop up error that the photos failed to load.

The last update fixed nothing. The text doesnt load all the way, content doesnt refresh, and now there are no photos. Please fix!

App used to be the best! Current bugs have rendered it unusable. Articles have huge gaps in text, or missing text altogether. Reading just two paragraphs of an article is maddening. Content updates are slow as well. Fix this or let it die.

Articles wont load onto the app until days later. If you go to the website there are new articles but they dont appear on the app. Also half the time the articles dont even contain the full article and just stop half way. Terrible app. I used to love it and now it is very frustrating. Also still needs a way to read/post the comments.

This app is just full of glitches, and the worst part is that none if the developers seem to care as it is rarely updated. This used to be a great place to get your daily intake of car news, but now the stories load only half-way. Photos dont even load at all. It crashes. Its just a big mess. Period. Do not recommend to even download it until there is a more recent update with all the issues fixed or at least it works the way it used to do so about 6mo-12mo ago. I give it one star because there is no option for zero.
